What is the images describing?

We have two types of meaning from the a above image

        [1] 14 moons will born[these moons passing to the black holes]      

                          [or]

[2] New orbit will be crated.

    This all creations done in between 12 years[ 2018    to2030]

Description for first meaning

     

First 14 moons will be born small moons will also be there like earth and it can have oceans also, these are visible as of our moon, whey they must be launched between  Earth orbit or Mars ,Jupiter ,Saturn, Uranus and Neptune orbits only [These moons are launched any one orbit

Description for second meaning…
  New orbit will be crated.
The sun effected by the magnetic waves produced by the Black holes situated some millions of lighting years away
The magnetic waves enter into the sun that time the sun radiations tempters and cyclones  originated  the tempters’80,000,000 degrees cellos and thousand of k/m cyclones created that s  time the temptress and cyclones stay few years and becomes returns to normal the sun  temperature  [5,500] and then new orbit created same time old planet moon and oceans pushed away
The new orbit will be created between Earth and Mars..
Note…. If any planet does not have original moon and oceans[leak oceans or dry oceans] there is no water resources in such planets   Ex…Mars ,Pluto

Will not rotate with respective each other As for the scientist black holes will rotted around each other but my vew they will not ...becouse of the distance of black holes from the earth is too long the appear like that.
